Who we are
job-offer.nl is run by Yari Immigration Services, Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands (info@yari-immigration.nl). We are responsible for your personal data on this site.
What we keep
Your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if given), nationality, year of birth, the work and cities you are looking for, your CV, and the vacancies we matched to you. For paid services also your payments and invoices.
Why
To match you with vacancies and email you new ones (with your consent), to deliver the services you order (agreement), and to keep our books (legal duty). For people abroad who need a work permit, we also note your sign-up in our client records so our immigration team can help you when you get an offer.
Who helps us
Supabase (database and file storage in Frankfurt, EU), Netlify (website), Resend (emails), Mollie (payments) and Anthropic (an AI service that reads your CV and scores vacancies; data may be processed in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). They may only use your data for us. We never sell your data and never send your CV to employers without your permission.
How long
Until you delete your profile, and at most 12 months after your last visit or email. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data at any time. Deleting is one click on your own page. For anything else, email info@yari-immigration.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
